Meet at Dunamis Church (3791 Pacific Hwy, Tanah Merah) at 11:00am

Pick up - Thursday 10th July

Pick up from Dunamis Church (3791 Pacific Hwy, Tanah Merah) at 4:00pm

CONSENT FORM

Every young person attending Youth Camp 2025 will need to have a consent form filled out by their parent or guardian by Tuesday 8th July.

• Pyjamas & clothes

• Toiletries

• Towel

• Bible and a notebook

• Bedding

• Sleeping bag & pillow

• Any prescription medication

• Electronic games

• Any sharp objects or knives

• This is a drug, alcohol, vape and smoke free event
